Job Description
The Contract Services Team (''CST'') in the Amazon MGM Studios Distribution (AMSD) group is looking for a detail-oriented, highly motivated person for the role of Contract Administration Manager with extensive knowledge of Global TV, Intercompany deals, Film Distribution and Rights and Window Management. This position will be responsible for managing deals globally from clearance through execution, taking ownership of all facets of the deal administration process. They will work cross-functionally across a broad range of stakeholders to deliver results and remove blockers to deals, working cross-functionally across many business stakeholders such as Sales, Planning, Finance, Delivery, Legal and Litigation.

Successful candidates will bring a broad range of talents to the position, from keen analytical abilities to critical thinking, working to remove blockers, establish communication, and streamline and optimize business processes. This candidate will have an extensive background in window management, rights and contract administration and sales and distribution at a studio or similar company, and proficient in rights management systems.

Key job responsibilities
• Manage contract administration of TV Distribution Deals with a focus on Intercompany deals with MGM+, Prime Video, and FreeVee.
• Manage Windowing Sequentials for new release Feature Films and liaison with Rights In team to confirm rights held.
• Generate availability reports for large volume library selections
• Monitor and review various stages of contract flow, i.e., in draft, partially and fully executed contracts
• Contract data entry in proprietary systems
• Communicate with finance team on revenue allocation across territories in worldwide agreements.
• Facilitate with internal contract services team to review and analyze relevant downstream contractual obligations
• Liaise with sales and business affairs on deal administration
• Ensure required contractual obligations are fulfilled
• Generate contractual notices to licensees, including initial and carve out windowing information
• Maintain organizational contract files, and update various excel trackers and documentation

This fast-paced department interacts with multiple stakeholders on a daily basis, from Sales to Legal to Delivery. The ideal candidate will be able to pivot quickly to solve time-sensitive deal issues and work globally.

About the team
The Contract Services Team (''CST'') in the Amazon MGM Studios Distribution (AMSD) group is responsible for global deal management of 1P and 3P content licensing to SVOD, AVOD, TVOD, EST, Pay, and Free/Basic channels and platforms in over 200 markets.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 5+ years work experience as a Contract Administrator, Contract Manager, Sales Administration or relevant role in Film or Television Distribution
• Ability to comprehend and analyze TV and Film Distribution contracts and amendments.
• Knowledge of all aspects of window management and the flow of product through the media
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• SAP/IPM, MicroStrategy, Salesforce, and Airtable experience
• Strong Microsoft Office including advanced Word and Excel skills, and ability to quickly master proprietary databases and applications
• Motivated and proactive problem solver; team player with a positive attitude
• Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills and extremely detail oriented
• Ability to multi-task and be flexible in a fast-paced environment and act with a sense of urgency
• Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Able to work independently as well as within a team environment, while building relationships with internal and external customers
• Understands and applies the concepts of TV and Film window management and contract administration

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $158,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
