Job Description
MediaLink seeks a Manager to join our Knowledge team in New York or Los Angeles.

In this exciting new role as a Knowledge Manager, you will support the implementation and growth of knowledge sharing within MediaLink's Advisory practice, maintain quality of content within the Knowledge tool, partner with client teams on inquiries and tool navigation, and assist in identifying key research trends across the sectors of media, entertainment, marketing, and technology.

As a Knowledge Manager, you will apply analytical thinking and experience-based judgment to complex challenges by focusing on the critical issues that impact the Knowledge tool's performance. You will be working with the Knowledge team across multiple projects and priorities, advising internal teams, building out a new key business unit within MediaLink, and eventually, supporting business development opportunities. You should have an interest in the media, entertainment, marketing and technology space, information analysis, trend spotting/reporting, and knowledge management/research.

The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $140,000 commensurate with experience and skills.

What You Will Do
• Coordinate and Partner with Internal Teams:
• Primary partner for client team inquiries and navigating the Knowledge tool
• Orchestrate internal MediaLink teams needed (IT, etc.) for implementation and upkeep of Knowledge tool
• Serve as the ''go-to'' for questions from client teams
• Serve as a conduit to get to the right information quickly via the Knowledge tool
• Knowledge Testing, Implementation, and Adoption:
• Manage the onboarding of the knowledge management platform, facilitating testing and ensuring successful implementation of the service alongside the Director
• Lead internal trainings to promote self-service capabilities and ensure adoption of the Knowledge tool across MediaLink
• Develop comprehensive training materials and resources to empower users to leverage the full potential of the Knowledge tool
• Contribute to the creation and optimization of a robust tagging system for efficient content categorization
• Support the ongoing enhancement and maintenance of the tagging system
• Content Quality Control and Management:
• Ensure quality of new content integrated into Knowledge tool
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to uphold the accuracy and relevance of information within the system
• Support the confidential management of content (removing client-specific references for easier use and application across clients)
• Management of most up-to-date benchmarks, case studies and vertical insights for the company
• Trend Analysis:
• Collect, review, and incorporate new content as projects/canvasses conclude, including support to integrate into existing benchmarks (i.e. the ''101 on Retail Media'' is updated with new section from a project)
• Analyze and present emerging themes to MediaLink colleagues and raise business development opportunities to leadership including ''State of the State'' document creation and support
• Raise trends in queries and assist in creation of outputs to build into business development and value add efforts

What You Will Need
• 4+ years of related work experience in consulting, media, marketing, advertising and/or technology
• Familiarity with digital asset management and/or content management platforms is a plus
• Proven analytical skills, trend identification, expertise in qualitative and quantitative research
• Self-starter mentality, eager to make a meaningful impact within the company
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Knowledge and understanding of media/advertising/technology industry terms and trends
• Excellent interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication skills
• Effective time management skills
• Organized with a strong attention to detail
