The Temp - Manager, Performance Marketing will drive effective and efficient improvements across Performance Marketing campaigns that are core to MSG Entertainment business strategies. This role will be responsible for developing and managing paid media campaigns to increase ticket sales and fan engagement for concerts and live events across MSG Entertainment’s portfolio of venues. The ideal candidate will have experience in understanding audience insights, utilizing consumer and business insights, and leveraging channel mix learnings to drive performance results.
The candidate will collaborate and strategize with Marketing Strategy teams to identify customized marketing solutions and develop best-in-class media campaigns, along with KPI frameworks, that apply business insights to support channel and spend optimizations, reporting out results regularly and forecasting near- and long-term performance to achieve business goals. As well, the Temp - Manager, Performance Marketing will work cross-functionally with Business Insights, Creative and other internal teams and manage external media agencies to implement paid media across all channels (i.e., Programmatic, Paid Social, Search, OOH, etc.) in support of these goals. This role reports into the Senior Director, Performance Marketing.
