THE JOB

The Senior Product Manager for pricing is a role within the larger Revenue and Demand Product team. This role includes both strategy and product management focused on the pricing products expansion of pricing functionality and global expansion. You will be responsible for cross-functional product development, developing KPIs and metrics to engage in data driven product discussion. Identifying integration opportunities across the suite of global core ticket applications and building out a single tool and architecture focused on capturing demand to increase revenue for our clients globally. In addition, you will partner across the company to identify intersections, dependencies, and opportunities to drive both client and internal company value through self-service tooling.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Manage the day-to-day for a Global Integration Product Roadmap within Pricing
• Create, develop, track and measure product and adoption related metrics across the product suite.
• Work with other Revenue and Demand Product owners and Business stakeholders to ensure the deliveries are in line with vision and shipped on time.
• Collaborate across Product and Engineering leadership to tie new feature development back to strategic product roadmaps.
• Ensure that strategic product decisions align with business objectives.
• Ensure shipment of products across the suite, focusing on scale and quality.
• Work with Business leads across the suite and engineering to ensure quarterly and yearly OKR's, milestones, and priorities are achieved.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)
• Must have SQL (or related DB), Jira, and Confluence experience.
• Must have created and managed KPI and metrics dashboard, taken it from zero to one
• 3-5 years of experience in product management owning similar functions
• Knowledge of, or certification in, agile software development practices and experience
• Experience managing modernization of legacy systems
• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• Master's degree preferred
