THE JOB

As the Senior HR/Finance Analyst, you will use data to identify opportunities and provide insights to business leaders to better attract and retain talent. This is an exciting role, built to drive efficiencies and improve Human Resources impact on the division. The Analyst will evolve and/or establish data analytics standards and build relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the business and HR team. This position will report to the Human Resources Data Analytics Manager.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Support ad-hoc analyses to answer critical and time-sensitive business questions, identifying areas of strategic opportunity for the business
• Provides headcount reconciliation analysis - syncing data between systems
• Educates business leaders on data insights
• Creates, maintains, and ensures quality assurance of key human resources data sets, reports, dashboards, and metrics
• Provides HR metrics, reporting, advanced and predictive analytics
• Communicates findings to senior management via formal presentations and regular reporting
• Assess and develop solutions to drive efficiencies with processes and between HR & venue systems, including the continued adoption of Workday
• Other duties as assigned

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• 5+ years of experience preferred in data analysis - analytical experience
• Bachelor's degree with a focus in accounting, finance, business, economics, statistics, or related field
• Must have strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint (e.g., comfortable with Pivot Tables, advanced lookup formulas, keyboard shortcuts, etc.)
• Software experience preferred but not required: Business Objects, Tableau and Oracle
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate, high-quality work
• Prioritize and manage multiple, and sometimes competing, projects and deadlines
• Communicate effectively across all levels for the organization
• Exceptional quantitative and analytical abilities
• Experience with executive-level trackers and reports preferred
• Ability to leverage data to solve problems
• High level of curiosity, asks questions and seeks to understand
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to provide options and make recommendations
• Work well in groups or independently
• Ability to work flexible hours in support of the business.
• Entertainment industry experience with Workday Reporting a plus
