THE JOB

We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented College Associate to support the Strategy and New Business Development efforts within Live Nation's Sponsorship Division. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the sponsorship industry while contributing to business growth initiatives.

As a College Associate, you will assist the Strategy and Business Development team in analyzing market trends, researching new business opportunities, and supporting partnership development efforts. This role will provide valuable exposure to the sponsorship landscape, client research, and cross-functional collaboration. Ideal candidates are college students passionate about business strategy, marketing, and the live entertainment industry.

Program Dates: May 28 – August 8, 2025

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities, researching relevant sponsorship trends and industry indicators.
• Gather and organize information on prospective clients, brands, and market landscapes, and assess potential sponsorship opportunities.
• Help track and prioritize partnership opportunities based on brand goals and sponsorship trends.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and assist in developing new sales growth ideas and roadmaps.
• Assist in creating materials for the sales team based on market research.
• Monitor competitor activity and industry shifts to provide actionable insights on emerging opportunities or threats in the sponsorship landscape.
• Take detailed meeting notes, organize key action items, and track next steps across sellers, ensuring follow-ups and progress are maintained.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, ideally in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in business strategy, marketing, and sponsorship within the live entertainment space.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a strong interest in contributing to business development efforts.
