Position Overview:

And that's why we do what we do and we want you to join us –be part of the new Safety Ambassador team at Budweiser Stage where our staff are our crew members and have the unique opportunity to create an exceptional fan experience.

Exceptional front-line customer service, willing to go above and beyond for both fans and fellow band members, possess a positive ''can-do'' attitude …rain or shine -the show must go on!

Job Functions:
• Assist with keeping the venue safe, clean and presentable to the guest
• Resolve guest complaints or problems and e nsure guests are safely enjoying the show
• Warn persons of rule infractions or violations
of venue policies , preserve safety,
order and protect venue property
• Provide assistance to with guests with special needs, such as helping with seat accommodations
• Guide guests to exits or provide other instructions or assistance in case of emergency
• May assist in verifying staff credentials to generally restricted areas and e xamine tickets
or VIP passes to verify authenticity
• Assist patrons by giving directions places inside or outside the venue
• Lock-down of areas and access control duties for guest and artist safety
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in a guest service role, strongly preferred
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy
• Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs and occasional sitting
• Able to work outdoors (rain or shine), among crowds and in a loud environment
• A passion for live events!
• COVID-19 vaccination will be required for this position subject to legally valid exemptions

All crew members must be 18 years of age, and available for a variety of shifts, including; evenings, weekends and overnight.
