THE JOB

Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre is seeking a Recruiter/Onboarding Specialist who will be responsible for all forms of talent sourcing, onboarding, and helping ensure all departments are appropriately staffed for events. They are responsible for processing/maintaining staffing/onboarding records in accordance with Live Nation payroll policies.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Participate in all forms of talent sourcing, engagement, recruitment, onboarding and coaching through the application process (including background screening).
• Social Media and Job Board posting and monitoring.
• Develop and maintain a network of outside contacts to broaden candidate reach.
• Facilitate and attend off-site recruiting events.
• Provide regular updates to all involved in the hiring process.
• Schedule, facilitate and help execute candidate interviews, job fairs and orientation/training sessions. Work with new applicants to complete the onboarding process in a timely manner.
• Track onboarding progress and follow-up with candidates when needed.
• Input new hires into a functional staffing database and actively update throughout the year.
• Oversee the printing and issuing of all venue credentials for Crew Members.
• Actively oversee staffing numbers with backup plans for hiring throughout the summer if needed. In addition, actively engage with payroll/scheduler regarding attendance numbers and communicate staffing changes to department supervisors.
• General filing, record keeping, mailing, and other normal clerical tasks will be part of the typical day.
• Other tasks as assigned by the General Manager and Operations Manager.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
• 1 years' plus of administrative experience.
• 2-3 years' plus of work experience in a comparable role.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Great attention to detail and ability to work against deadlines.
• Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy.
• Position requires sitting, typing, walking and occasionally lifting 25 lbs. plus using proper lifting techniques.
