Job Description

THE JOB

Live Nation is looking for a passionate and highly organized Producer to manage photography and video capture at Live Nation owned and operated venues both big and small, coordinate specific content needs with the appropriate production resources, source creators as needed, liaison and oversee various vendors, communicate between various teams and drive content to a final product for organization and distribution.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Coordinate video and photo resources to capture content of artists, venues, experiences and amenities for marketing promotions, social, product launches, brand initiatives, internal usage and other concert industry-wide projects
• Coordinate show details - including approvals, call times, creative direction, shot lists, calendar, creator resources, hiring of talent, equipment needs, rights management and permissions.
• Project manage central venue creative tasks
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Food & Beverage, Special Events, Premium sales, Operations and leadership to facilitate the capture of concert industry related content
• When needed, script, storyboard, budget, allocate resources, set deadlines and select optimal forms of media for projects
• Store and organize content in a central location that is easily searchable
• Work independently, as well as part of a team, to establish project deliverables
• Plan video shoots; scout, select and reserve shoot locations
• Develop production schedules
• Select and hire additional crew and talent; direct and coach talent; make transportation arrangements for crew, talent and equipment; and ensure all location power needs are met
• Reserve and rent equipment
• Manage content library
• Evaluate performance, ROI and content analytics
• Coordinate with creative agencies on photo and video content direction
• Manage contracts, copyrights, invoices and budgets
• Coordinate approvals and clearance requirements with internal and artist management
• Concept new content processes, products and techniques with leadership
• Develop content case studies and best practices
• Manage content specs and deliverable requirements
• Work efficiently within project management software platforms to establish status updates, communication and transparency
• Proof content assets for accuracy and quality
• Identify, recommend and implement policies, processes, and procedures to improve efficiencies, communication, profitability, quality and timeliness of work produced

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Minimum 5 years of previous content production experience
• A creativity mindset and problem-solving aptitude
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Ability to develop creative content to effectively communicate with our target audiences.

• Time management and multitasking abilities under tight deadlines

• Knowledge of Asana or similar project management tools
• Experience in lighting, sound and video production equipment
• Proficiency using Adobe CC apps and other essential content creation applications
