THE ROLE:
Have you ever seen a PowerPoint presentation that is often too wordy or poorly designed? Us too! That's why we are looking for someone to make sure our decks are never designed that way. You will work with our Creative Strategist and manage the day to day presentation needs that our various concerts, venues, corporate and executive teams need. This is a full time (40 hours per week), temp to hire position. The temporary period will last for three months. At the end of the three months, full-time employment may be offered. Can you take the lead on designing… great! If not, you will work with an amazing creative staff to give these presentations a little graphics boost. If this is you, keep reading!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage detailed intake and strategy with stakeholders to produce presentations for Live Nation concerts, venues, corporate and executives
• Elevate Live Nation presentations through rich visuals and compelling strategic narrative
• Collaborate with various teams to pull in data and copy points
• Take the lead on RFP/RFQs for new and existing business opportunities
• Produce miscellaneous required visual documents
• Create presentation templates for both internal teams use and company-wide distribution
• Collect / communicate business recap data and information in a visual execution
• Build data libraries when needed and consistently update common data and communication slides
• Organize presentations and key slides in an easy-to-find manner
• Maintain Live Nation brand and company message throughout creative
• Provide creative direction when necessary
• Understand and protect confidential and sensitive information
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Intimate knowledge of presentation programs such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote and other solutions
• Strong writing skills (Copywriting experience is a plus)
• A strategy-first thinker (Past strategy experience is also a plus!)
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs such as After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
• Having a good eye for design and aesthetics to create well-thought-out presentations
• Proactive with ideas for innovative storytelling
• Ability to consult and collaborate effectively with non-designers on projects
• Ability to work under pressure and handle a wide range of tasks and projects at the same time
• Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all brand presentation is of a high standard
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to adapt and manage in a fast-paced working environment
• Ability to work independently as well with a team
• Self-starter, able to think creatively to solve problems
• Keen attention to accuracy and detail
