Payroll and Scheduling Coordinator

Job Description

This role is responsible for, but not limited to the following:
• Execute all venue payroll and work with department managers to confirm payroll accuracy
• Maintain logs of time sheets for entire season
• Verify employee time sheets
• Works with department managers to ensure that all departments are scheduled appropriately
• Works closely with venue leadership for labor budgets
• Assist different departments as needed on Show Days and Load In/Load Out Days
• Coordinate and confirm event staffing to meet management requirements for all departments
• Maintain scheduling templates and ensure staffing follows the requirements of these staffing templates
• Monitor and document call-outs and no-show shifts – Calling in additional staff when necessary and possible.
• Support venue operations with additional duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 Years of experience using payroll and scheduling platform(s)
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
• Available days, nights, weekends from March-October
• Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills
• Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy
• A strong-sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs
Compensation Range $22-$25/hr

The expected compensation for this position is:
$17.60 USD - $22.00 USD Hourly
** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
