THE ROLE:

This position will provide functional support for the Oracle EBS AP, AR, Cash Management, iProcurement / Purchasing, Service Contract and Approvals Management applications. The ability to communicate effectively with business users as well as prepare documentation for requirements, application configurations, test scripts, training material and functional specifications is essential for this position.

In addition to providing day-to-day support, this position will be expected to take the lead on rolling out new enhancement requests for AP, AR, Cash Management and Service Contract. Extensive EBS Release 12 experience for these modules is required along with strong analysis and problem-solving skills.

A proven track record of working on supporting complex systems in a fast-paced environment is essential. The role focuses heavily in working with the accounting and finance leadership, subject matter experts in initiating, planning, monitoring and controlling their finance transformation.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Provide user functional support for Oracle R12 Payables, Receivables, Cash Management, iProcurement/Purchasing, Service Contract and Approvals Management
• Engage and actively participate in upcoming Oracle Cloud Financials upgrade project
• Lead the hands-on configuration in Oracle Financials (AP, AR, GL, CM, FA) and work with key stakeholders to develop solutions in alignment with business requirements.
• Partner with customers and business stakeholders to execute all phases of the implementation lifecycle – requirements, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Provide guidance to technical team in the development of custom solutions across Reports, Integrations, Conversions, and Extensions
• Ensure high quality and value-added documentation of functional and technical solution design for review, update, and approval for implementation.
• Develop and execute test plans for regression testing for patches, enhancement request, configuration changes, etc.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and support business users across the Americas.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• 8-10 years' experience implementing and/or supporting Oracle AP, AR, CE. Experience with iProcurement/Purchasing, Service Contract and AME highly preferred
• 3+ years prior experience with Oracle Cloud Financials, with 2-3 full-lifecycle implementations is preferred
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and knowledge
• Ability to work effectively with Oracle developers on the design and functional testing of custom development items
• Self-driven to achieve the highest standards of service, implementation excellence, and on-time delivery.
• Excellent communications skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and high-pressure situations
• Proficient with query tools such as TOAD, SQL Developer, SQL/Plus
