Role Description

Live Nation Ireland's Marketing Partnerships Department is looking for a highly resourceful team player to bring their passion for live entertainment and marketing to the position of Marketing Solutions and Growth Manager.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing Solutions and Growth, you'll be tasked with researching categories and audiences, developing inspiring brand proposals, generating leads and engaging marketers from across the industry whist working in a fun environment with a group of forward-thinking individuals. You will use your strong knowledge of popular culture and consumer trends, your proven marketing acumen and your creative storytelling techniques to communicate a narrative that will compel brands to partner with Live Nation.

Through exhaustive research of both existing and prospective partners - their positioning, audiences and strategies, you will craft strategically powerful proposals highlighting Live Nation's arsenal of assets, designed to deliver on brand's specific objectives and KPIs. You will lead the process from research and identification of opportunity and / or lead, proposal framework design and pitch, though to formal agreement. Once agreement is in place you will then work with a team of partnership managers, executives and production specialists to ensure the smooth delivery of contractual rights and KPI's.

Live Nation Ireland's Marketing Partnerships team is responsible for the partnership portfolio of world-class venues such as 3Arena, Bord Gais Energy Theatre, 3Olympia Theatre and Gaiety Theatre as well as Ireland's biggest outdoor events, including; Longitude, Kaleidoscope, Electric Picnic and NYF festivals and several large scale Summer Concert Series.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for or better yet, experience working in the live entertainment industry and believes in the power of music and live performance to connect audiences. They will have experience in brand marketing and partnerships – either brand side, within an agency or with a rights holder. They will possess a good understanding of brand strategies and the brand planning process with exposure to the full marketing mix. They will have experience in devising and implanting marketing plans with a clear understanding of the brand and commercial value of such activities.

They will have a strong network of contacts throughout Ireland's marketing industry and possess a natural ability to connect well and spot opportunities for collaboration. They will be a strategic thinker and strong communicator with the ability to influence at multiple levels. They will be confident crafting proposals for and presenting to key stakeholders, both internal and external.

They have experience working towards ambitious growth targets and are comfortable with devising and implementing strategies to deliver the required results. They will be a highly motivated, ambitious and conscientious individual who takes pride in delivering work to the highest standard and will go the extra mile to ensure a successful outcome. Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience
• Demonstrable experience in brand marketing, advertising, media, digital or entertainment / sports marketing
• Educated to a degree level or similar in Marketing / Communications / Media / Digital / Business / Sociology or a related field of study.
• Strong skills/expertise in storytelling and writing/editing client proposals
• Curious, inquisitive and conversant in music culture / popular culture
• Creative and strategic thinker
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate ideas internally and externally
• Commercial acumen, comfortable working in Excel and Salesforce
• Ability to manage large volume of work and execute in a timely manner

• Proficiency in using PowerPoint, Excel, Keynote, and Word to develop presentations and budgets

• Craft insightful, strategically powerful, creative presentations for both prospective and existing partners.
