THE ROLE

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting on all digital marketing needs, and necessary tasks to drive awareness, online visits, and merchandise sales for our artists online stores.

Primary activities include developing digital marketing campaigns, social media calendar planning, managing influencer program, invoice handling, and other promotional support for our artists.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Perform a range of marketing support duties related to the daily operations of the digital team
• Assist with execution of tactics to achieve digital marketing and business goals
• Assist with social media editorial calendar creation and execution
• Support creative, email, web and social media marketing tactics
• Maintain accurate up-to-date schedules and marketing reports
• Support promotional activities online and offline
• Support community development and engagement initiatives across all direct to fan channels including Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
• Build & maintain artist email marketing campaigns as well as e-mail lists, databases, files and other assets for the department.
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements
• Work closely with digital marketing graphic designers to plan creative assets needed for online promos and campaigns
• Track all invoices and payments
• Maintain an understanding of artists online stores and merchandise
• Maintain current knowledge of organizational and department policies and procedures
• Adhere to all confidentiality requirements for corporate, strategic, and marketing information

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2 – 4 years' work experience. Prior digital marketing experience a plus
• 2 - 4 years of experience delivering consumer-facing campaigns on social media and across digital platforms
• Experience working in consumer email communications, SMS communications and digital customer service
• Ability to manage large amounts of content and data while ensuring its accuracy across branded websites, databases and reports
• Knowledge of the following:
• SEO
• Shopify
• Basic HTML
• Email Marketing
• Paid Social (Business Manager, Instagram Checkout)
• Paid Search (Google Ads – Text, Video & Shopping)
• Digital Marketing analytics and response analysis
• Ability to function in a very fast-moving environment; quick reaction time to last minute changes
• Attention to detail and a high level of organization is imperative
• Must have the ability to prioritize, organize, handle multiple tasks
• Must be able to think proactively and, at times, work with minimal supervision
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; communicates effectively and courteously with all contacts – internal and external
• Highly adaptive and proactive problem solving critical to success; must be resourceful individual who can quickly solve problems; ability to make independent decisions
• Organizes workload throughout the day to meet project timelines and deadlines; must multitask and manage several projects at once; continuously shift focus/priorities as needed
• MAC proficient and works with a high degree of accuracy
• High level user of spreadsheets and Microsoft Office (strong Word, Excel, and PowerPoint program skills)
• Uses email programs (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.) proficiently
• Familiarity with cloud services such as Dropbox is a plus
• Must be proactive in finding innovative solutions to problems
• Ability to learn via independent research, i.e., online tutorials, forums, blog posts, etc.
