THE JOB
Reporting to the Executive Vice President of Project Development, you will be responsible
for planning and execution of Live Nation venue development and venue renovation
projects.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Develop project brief and identify key success criteria including program, project
milestones and budget.
• Review lease/deal documents and identify any constraints or opportunities.
• Prepare Consultant RFPs and engage vendors required to support the work
• Build schedule for all project activities, assign ownership, and agree timeline with
all stakeholders
• Assist in development of project budgets, including constructability analysis and
risk mitigation strategies
• Coordinate meetings with stakeholders as required, including page-turn reviews,
design/constructability reviews, scope coordination, etc.
• Ensure design cadence and schedules are followed, reporting any delays, or
changes to project schedule.
• Review and analyse construction documents to ensure budget alignment and
identify potential constructability or coordination risks during pre-construction
phase.
• Support negotiation of GC services scope, rates, schedule and estimate.
• Provide weekly schedule and progress status updates throughout project to all
stakeholders.
• Oversee GC construction schedule development and weekly reporting.
• Lead / facilitate any additional coordination meetings required to resolve issues.
Record and track all actions weekly to stakeholders, GC, and consultants.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress against schedule.
• Manage all owner vendors and coordinate with consultants for shop
drawing/submittal approvals in timely manner.
• Facilitate coordination between owner vendors and GC as required for
constructability, drawing alignment and on-site works.
• Review and level all vendor proposals, capacity, lead time and logistics; provide
recommendation for approval.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
• You will work closely with a team comprised of cross functional stakeholders from
Live Nation including Project Development, Design & Architecture, Fan/Artist
Services, F&B, Sponsorship, and Premium Sales. You will also work with general
contractors and external consultant teams.
• You will report to the Executive Vice President of Project Development.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Bachelor's degree with 7-10 years of experience that is directly related to the
duties and responsibilities specified.
• Experience working on hospitality projects, venue related build outs, expansions
and/or improvements preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills.
• Working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Bluebeam.
• Significant travel required to project sites throughout the US
