LN Concerts, Project Manager

THE JOB

VIP Nation is looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to be a critical part of driving project management in the organization. This individual will be a self-starter and see projects through to completion while also supporting one of the executives.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Manage VIP program logistics
• Manage VIP Road Staff
• Manage new hire paperwork for Reps
• Manage Merchandise & Creative Procurement
• Help facilitate merchandise approvals/changes with Client Service point, Management & merch vendors + assists with ambience/décor decks for each program
• Submit purchase orders & maintain PO listing
• Drop shipment schedules for merchandise
• Creative for photo booths, drink tickets, banners
• Advancing – Initiating contact with venues to share package details and execution requirements, securing space, capacities, costs, issues, prep for road reps
• Warehouse – Stocking, inventory management and organizing all warehouse supplies, road cases, technology, tour assets
• Administrative – Tracking tour expenses, archiving, scanning/filing paperwork

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Experience managing Live Event Operations; experience in VIP package fulfillment and operations a plus
• Excellent inventory and project management skills; adept at tracking expenses and handling invoices.
• Outstanding bookkeeping, administrative, and organizational capabilities; basic office skills required.
• Strong reporting and analysis skills
• Experience working with customer and venue databases to manage information
• Superior communication skills and experience with crisis management
• Proficiency in merchandising, production planning, and shipping logistics.
• A valid passport is a must; availability for both domestic and international travel is required.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the year, each time spanning 3-4 days, for tour launches and meetings with road representatives.
• Road and touring experience a plus
• Reliable transportation is required. The role involves traveling within the city, notably to acquire tour supplies and merchandise from various LN-affiliated warehouses, including a prominent one in Van Nuys. Attendance is expected when a tour visits the city.
• Travel (10-15 times a year for 3-4 days to launch tour & meet w/ road reps)
