LN Concerts, Project Manager - Comedy

THE JOB

We are seeking an Project Manager for the Comedy team within the Live Nation Concerts division. This person must be a self-motivated individual with the ability to multitask.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Manage onboarding for road representatives in Workday
• Enter and submit payroll into ABI
• Provide information and answer employee questions regarding payroll matters
• Coordinate with HR department to ensure correct employee info
• Meet payroll deadlines for bi-weekly payroll
• Review and coding of expense reports
• Serve as liaison for talent buyers and accounting field with regard to managing talent payments, event allocations and show reporting.
• Assist with event settlement.
• Other duties as assigned

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Flexible availability (days/nights, late hours, weekends, and holidays)
• Open to traveling to venues in the market as needed
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Must possess superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills
• Previous experience with ABIMM (TMSS) preferred, or experience with a similar timekeeping system
• High proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with Workday preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• College degree in related field preferred
