Job Description
THE ROLE

We are looking for a client-centric, partnership marketer with a passion for building and executing outstanding branded programs to join the Brand Management team at Live Nation Canada. Reporting to the Account Director, Brand Management, you will focus on the strategic building and execution of music marketing partnerships for Canada's leading and emerging brands.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Lead a portfolio of clients, building strong and trusted business relationships with day to day partners through regular and proactive contact, continually seeking to elevate partnerships.
• Understand a multifaceted marketing mix; including digital, social media and experiential equipped with creativity and innovative ideas.
• Provide thought leadership to partners during the conceptualization phase and throughout delivery; improve creativity and strategic delivery.
• Develop a deep and detailed understanding of the partners' business and competitive environment in order to continually deliver against business objectives for both the partner and Live Nation Canada
• Build and implement creative, coordinated marketing solutions that deliver against partner objectives and drive affinity for music in the marketplace.
• Develop, lead and be accountable for individual partner budgets with monthly and year-end reporting requirements.
• Develop a strong understanding of Live Nation Canada's business landscape, objectives and successfully align partner expectations.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners cross-functionally to fulfill responsibilities, share information and execute activations.
• Use data to drive decision making for program optimization and develop detailed post-mortems on programs and year-end reports.
• Proactively identify and handle critical issues; demonstrate resilience and adapt to evolving plans and strategies; where conflicting issues on partnerships arise, find solutions along with the internal team.

• Have 3+ years of proven success in a marketing, strategy and/or partnership marketing role with knowledge of coordinated channels including digital, social media & experiential.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

Sits for extended periods of time at a computer station or work desk; stands and walks throughout the day; occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.; uses hands and fingers to operate computers and office equipment for up to 8 hours each day; lifts up to 10 pounds regularly; exposed to typical office environment conditions and noise levels.
