THE JOB

The Live Nation Media and Sponsorship Team is seeking an entry-level Junior Creative with a specialization in Design to join the team. The ideal candidate will feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, designing materials that help bring our team's ideas to life in a powerful way, as well as partnering with senior creative leadership to concept & develop ideas for Live Nation's brand partners at music festivals, custom events and concerts. Being immersed in music and creative culture is a must for finding success in this role.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Create custom presentation templates that help emphasize that our ideas are personalized to the brand
• Create mock branded environments to help sell ideas
• Create print-ready & digital production designs
• Concept music-driven ideas for existing brand partners and potential clients
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Maintain cultural fluency (music, pop culture, current events)
• Professional demeanor and collaborative spirit
• Fluency with Adobe Creative Suite & Keynote; working knowledge of animation software and/or After Effects a plus
• Link to portfolio required for consideration

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• 0-2 years of experience working in an agency, or mix of in-house/agency/experiential development
• Proven and consistent art direction and design skills
• Advanced Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Keynote/PowerPoint skills, After Effects & Cinema 4D is a strong plus
• Strong collaboration skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive outlook with a ''Yes, and…'' mentality
• Passion for the music space a plus
