THE JOB

Are you the ''organizer'' in your friend group? Do you Google everything before buying a product or booking a vacation? The Sales Enablement Team may be for you! The College Associate in this department will support the team that serves as air traffic control for the Live Nation Sponsorship + Media division. This role allows you to understand the inner workings of how sponsorship and music have married to produce unforgettable experiences for our fans. Program Duration: Wednesday, May 29 – Friday, August 16, 2024

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Sponsorship category clearance with the Sales Enablement team leads (Categories may include but are not limited to Restaurant, Tech – Mobile Apps, Non-Alcoholic Beverage, Finance)
• Category and asset tracking
• Building and improving tracking systems and standard operating procedures
• Venue asset tracking projects (ie sponsorship signage, digital boards)
• Special Projects to support the larger sales team
• Learn backend systems used to support sales tracking

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Must be a current student enrolled in a Bachelor's/Master's program at an accredited college or university or a recent graduate
• interest in project management
• Interest in business operations
• Prior internship experience (preferably in the music industry)
• Willingness to learn new systems and ideas
• Preferred candidates would be majoring (or have majored) in:
• Business Administration
• Sales or Advertising
• Music Business
• Communications (Specializing in Radio/TV/Film)
