Title: Executive Assistant to President of RNSI
Location: London, England UK (On-Site, 5-days a week)
The Role:
Roc Nation, a Live Nation joint venture, is seeking a high caliber candidate for our Executive Assistant role - the incumbent needs to be well-spoken, with strong verbal and written communication skills, and able to manage a high volume of projects. Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably supporting a high or C-Suite level executive and be willing to handle administrative responsibilities and work well in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide key support to the President & Chief of Staff to ensure company goals and objectives are accomplished and operations run efficiently
• Manage a high-volume calendar - this includes scheduling, sending reminders, taking meeting minutes
• Schedule meetings across multiple time zones, coordinate conference and Zoom calls, create agendas as needed and ensure any meeting documents are prepared ahead of time
• Assist in keeping the executive on schedule and extremely organised
• Coordinate and finalise domestic and international travel arrangements
• Settle monthly expenses for reimbursement with the Finance team in a timely manner
• Coordinate guests for internal and external meetings
• Act as point of contact for clients and key stakeholders across the business
• Complete administrative task as required
• Lean in and support with any special events
• Assist with management of the office from a facilities stand point
• Run personal errands on occasion as required
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably to an Executive or member of the C-Suite
• Proficiency and working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), Google Suite and Concur expense systems
• Ideal candidate must present a professional and diligent image, excellent verbal and written skills, and be both self-driven and very detail oriented.

• Knowledge of the sport, music and entertainment industry
• Sound judgment, high integrity, and ability to maintain strict confidential information
• Experience coordinating group meetings and high-level Zoom meetings
• Candidates must also be a self-motivated individual, quick on their toes, and show initiative to go the extra mile
COVID-19 vaccination series and booster shot are a mandatory requirement for this position.
