About the role:
Are you energised by fast-paced settings where no two days are the same and your organisational superpowers are put to the test? We're looking for a proactive and solutions-driven Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team at Live Nation New Zealand in a 6-month fixed term contract based in Auckland.
In this role, you'll be the right hand to our Managing Director of New Zealand and Senior Vice President Venue Development ANZ, managing everything from complex calendars and international travel to strategic briefing materials and stakeholder communications. You'll be trusted to anticipate needs before they arise, keep operations running seamlessly, and maintain absolute discretion across all levels of the business.

What you'll be doing:
• Executive support: Provide seamless, proactive administrative assistance to senior leadership, managing competing demands and keeping operations running ahead of schedule.
• Diary and travel management: Coordinate complex schedules, domestic and international travel, and meeting logistics with precision and foresight.
• Stakeholder communication: Handle correspondence, draft briefing notes, and liaise confidently with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders on behalf of the executives.
• Meeting coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure alignment and accountability across the business.
• Document and presentation creation: Produce high-quality reports, pitch decks, and presentations for senior leadership and the Venue Development team.
• Strategic project support: Stay across key priorities and deadlines, jump in on special projects, and identify opportunities to refine systems and processes.

• Executive support experience: Proven track record supporting senior leaders, managing their schedules, and keeping their day-to-day operations running smoothly.

• Exceptional organisation: Outstanding time management and planning skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities and meet tight deadlines independently.
• Clear communication: Advanced verbal and written communication skills that ensure professionalism, clarity, and impact across all interactions.
• Discretion and judgement: Trusted with sensitive information, you exercise sound judgement, confidentiality, and business acumen in every situation.
• Tech proficiency and adaptability: Confident with Microsoft Office suite, able to create polished presentations, build strong relationships quickly, and thrive under pressure when priorities shift.
