THE ROLE

As Diversity Sourcing Lead, you will develop and execute on talent sourcing strategies that support our strategic diversity recruiting efforts. You will partner closely with the Director, Diversity Sourcing & Partnerships, a team of Sourcing Specialists and a community of recruiters and business leaders across the enterprise to successfully develop a robust candidate pipeline in support of achieving diversity and early talent our long-range diversity objectives.

In this role, you will lead pipeline development strategies inclusive of direct sourcing, engaging prospects from diversity and college recruitment events and crafting impactful recruitment marketing campaigns. As Sourcing Lead, you'll have the opportunity to mentor a newly formed team of Sourcing Specialists and establish best practices to support our overarching Diversity & Inclusion strategy. You will make an impact by partnering internally and externally to successfully execute winning strategies towards continuously ensuring our workforce reflects all dimensions of diversity.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Partner with recruiting team members, Human Resources and hiring managers to outline and achieve organizational diversity objectives
• Design, develop, and implement innovative sourcing and candidate attraction strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines for early talent to senior-level roles
• Engage with underrepresented communities though outreach practices, marketing, events, partnerships and referrals to identify prospective candidates
• Build and maintain talent networks through pro-active market research and providing exceptional candidate experience through effectively:
• Assessing their skills and career aspirations
• Aligning their talents with roles
• Ensuring on-going relationship management
• Recommending, championing and advocating for their candidacy
• Research, review, analyze and compile data to support sourcing plans; establish metrics to measure progress and outcomes, understand the efficacy of sourcing strategies, drive improvements and modify approaches as needed
• Collaborate with internal groups and external organizations to grow strategic partners and increase diversity in the candidate pipeline
• Leverage CRM and market analytics technologies to understand market trends and data insights to inform and influence data-driven sourcing approaches
• Engage Sourcing Specialists to introduce benchmarks, new sourcing methods, ensure appropriate alignment of resources and collaborate through sharing ideas, best practices and lessons learned
• Remain abreast of industry trends, technologies and creative approaches to sourcing

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

Skills & Success Factors:
• Proven success working in a high volume, fast-paced recruiting environment, both pipeline and requisition-based, with an emphasis on equitable processes and sourcing top talent
• Experience developing and executing sourcing strategies and strong ability to screen, interview and present candidate slates aligned with skill and experience criteria of open roles
• Analytical skills with ability to create and track metrics, leveraging data to support sourcing strategies and increase operational effectiveness & efficiencies
• Understanding of labor market conditions and knowledge of organizations, platforms and networks, to attract and engage prospective diverse candidates
• Demonstrated ability to formally or informally lead, motivate, influence and coach others
• Consulting skills, client focus, sense of urgency and commitment to innovation and continuous improvement
• Clear, concise, engaging communication and presentation skills
• Project management proficiency with strong leadership and influencing skills

Qualifications:
• 5+years of candidate sourcing or combined sourcing and recruiting experience, preferably in diversity, technical or specialized skills
• 2+ years of team leadership experience, preferably in a sourcing or recruiting capacity
• Track record of successfully managing, prioritizing and closing simultaneous specialized searches against a timeline and proven results with ROI from recruiting events executed
• Excellent networking and relationship building with demonstrated ability to work across multiple functions and stakeholders
• Experience leveraging market analytics, applicant tracking systems, candidate relationship management technologies and common sourcing tools to pipeline talent
• Knowledge and understanding of applicable employment laws as required; global experience preferred
• Travel up to 30%
