Role Description
We're offering an exciting opportunity for a Digital Media Buyer to become a key part of Live Nation's London-based International Media Services team.
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our Sponsorship and Marketing teams across a diverse international portfolio of websites-including festivals and venues-spanning over 50 global markets.
Our team operates across a wide range of digital channels, including social media, our owned and operated ad network, programmatic platforms, and audience extension leveraging first-party data. We also play a critical role in data analysis and ensuring security and compliance across all campaigns.
We're looking for someone with solid experience in the digital media space who can clearly demonstrate their expertise. You'll need to be highly organised, with strong time-management and administrative skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A self-starter with a collaborative mindset, you'll take initiative and work well independently and within a team to drive results.

Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience
Essential
• Proven experience in digital advertising at an ad agency, publisher or vendor
• Deep knowledge of advertising operations, programmatic, advertising technology, optimisation practices, ad serving technologies and best practice
• Solid experience using Meta Business and Ads Manager, Tik Tok Ads Manager, Google DV360
• Experience in brand promotions, digital/social media, entertainment and/or sports marketing working with brands
• Analytically minded and possess strong qualitative skills to drive maximum yield across campaigns and third-party inventory
• Strong analytical skills to visualise and report on campaign performance, analytics, audience metrics and data
• Excellent knowledge of the digital ecosystem and the nuances in programmatic technologies
• Strong understanding of data tech tools
• Excellent interpersonal skills as the successful candidate will be dealing with numerous departments within the business.
• Excellent time-management skills
Desirable
• Experience within other social media platforms would be strongly preference
• Experience using Google Analytics
• Working in a fast-paced international environment a plus

What the role includes
• Develop, execute, and manage paid media programmes across multiple platforms (Meta, TikTok, DV360, etc.)
• Analyse performance data and optimize campaigns to hit KPIs goals.
• Report on campaigns performance, compile PCAs with learning and recommendations
• Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage emerging capabilities in the digital landscape.
• Test and develop strategies for new and existing platforms and new types of advertisers.
