Role Description
Live Nation UK's Marketing Partnerships Division is looking for a highly resourceful team player to bring their passion for graphic design and music to the position of Junior Graphic Designer, Marketing & Creative Solutions, EMEA / UK Marketing Partnerships.
As a Junior Graphic Designer, your primary responsibility will be to conceptualize and create innovative designs and graphics using Adobe Creative Suite for integration into PowerPoint presentations, based on a specific brand / project brief. You will work closely with the Director, Marketing & Creative Solutions / EMEA creating brand pitch proposals, sales materials and custom design elements which may include programme logos and point of sale mock ups. We are looking for a Jr Designer with a passion for music, knowledge of current trends in design, consumer marketing, technology and the expertise, vision and creativity to help bring our ideas to life. You should be comfortable creating polished presentations and design elements under tight deadlines and possess the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

The Marketing & Creative Solutions team, our in-house strategy and creative experts, work in tandem with the sales team to form strategy, big ideas and business solutions for brands. Through needs analysis, fan insights, exhaustive research of the client and their audience, as well as internal ideation sessions, the team ultimately craft a strategic music marketing platform designed to solve brand's business objectives and KPIs. The programme concept is transformed into a visually stunning creative presentation highlighting Live Nation's arsenal of assets. No cookie cutter concepts, no copy and paste, just inspiring and fresh ideas alongside innovative vision designed to maximize brand reach and engagement through the power of live.

Who you are

Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience
• Previous design experience in a fast-paced working environment
• Confident in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign (Midjourney a plus)
• Experience in presentation design; PowerPoint, Keynote
• Experience in digital media design
• Ability to conceptualise, illustrate and create based on brand brief requirements. Ability to follow brand guidelines – must adapt well to different client/brand needs.
• Highly effective at managing multiple deadlines and prioritising tasks
• Pre-press and production experience a plus

What the role includes
• Create and design visually compelling brand partnership proposals, pitch decks, and marketing materials.
• Design custom visual assets such as mock-ups, branded touchpoints, campaign visuals, logos, and other supporting graphics aligned with brand guidelines.
• Translate strategic ideas into impactful visuals and creative presentations.
• Adapt creative concepts for EMEA markets, ensuring local cultural and brand relevance across regions.
• Work across multiple projects simultaneously, often with quick turnaround times and under tight deadlines.
• Maintain high visual standards and strong attention to detail throughout all stages of the design process.
• Organise and manage assets, design files, and templates to support streamlined creative workflows.
