Role Description
The Partnerships Digital Team requires an experienced Coordinator to join the Marketing Partnerships department that leads on commercial partners and their IP integration and use.
The ideal candidate will be someone who can hit the ground running taking direction to deliver a wide range of digital partnership activity across the Live Nation festival and venue portfolio.
The Partnerships Coordinator will be supporting Digital team in partnership delivery, with attention to detail an important skill.
The role would suit someone who is digital savvy, excels in a fast-paced environment, and is able to work to tight deadlines, with attention to detail.
Previous experience of working within digital marketing, with multiple stakeholders, as well as with brands is preferred, but not essential.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google suites
• Ability to plan, anticipate problems and how best to address them
Desirable
• Experience in partnerships, marketing, festivals and/or the live music business
• Digital marketing experience

What the role includes
• Supporting the Digital Partnerships team to deliver digital rights for brand partners, ensuring agreed digital exposure (such as social posts, website placements and email activity) is planned and delivered
• Working with festival marketing teams to coordinate partner activity across organic and paid digital platforms
• Supporting with the delivery and approval of digital assets with internal teams and brand clients, including social content, website/app placements, partner logos, graphics and video
• Assisting with digital reporting by gathering and organising performance data from multiple sources
• Providing administrative support to the team, including meeting note-taking, agenda setting, updating trackers and managing shared documents
• Supporting the team during busy periods, particularly in the lead-up to and during festival season
