The North America Sales Enablement team is looking for a motivated and diligent Data Analyst to envision and build analytics capabilities around measuring the value that Ticketmaster's tools and services deliver to our clients. You will source data, define methodologies, as well as format and present findings on topics like market share, pricing, inventory mix, and buyer/seller behavior to help articulate the value Ticketmaster brings in these and other relevant areas. The ideal candidate will be skilled in creating dashboards and tracking mechanisms to prove ongoing value creation in a format that is easily accessible and understood by internal stakeholders and clients. In addition, this collaborative role will be tasked with measuring internal metrics important to driving overall client success and retention.

To achieve this goal, Sales Enablement works closely with several key internal units, including Global Product Marketing, B2B Marketing, Strategic Account Success, Customer Insights and Analytics, and Ticketmaster's segment leaders and account managers.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Handle large transactional and web data sets to help provide analyses covering ticket sales, marketing attribution, site analytics, incremental revenue streams, new-to-file names, chain of custody and customer lifetime value.
• Assess data from Salesforce.com, Google Analytics, and other platforms in order to track product engagement, account touchpoints and other metrics around client account activity.
• Analyze and translate data sets to measure performance and provide actionable insights identifying opportunities to prove (and improve) Ticketmaster's value proposition for our clients.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their objectives, gather their requirements, and define metrics that help measure performance.

• Manage day-to-day reporting needs and support ad hoc data requests.
• Create databases (SQL) and build dynamic dashboards to track KPIs.
• Work to ''democratize'' data, pushing it closer to business leaders and looking for areas to optimize and automate.
WHAT YOU NEED - EXPERIENCE AND TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Ability to write and run SQL queries to pull data required.

• Experience with BI reporting tools such as Domo, Tableau and/or MicroStrategy required.
• Experience with Salesforce.com reporting tools preferred.

WHAT YOU NEED - BEHAVIORAL SKILLS
• Builder: We are creating new capabilities for Ticketmaster and may not yet have all the systems, tools and/or people in place. Be comfortable with that level of ambiguity and thrive on the challenge of driving the business and function forward.
• Creative Thinker: The role is not just about managing within predefined bounds; it's also about thinking outside of the box and introducing novel solutions. We value innovation and want someone who is comfortable challenging the status quo.
• Collaborator: The role will not control all the resources that will make initiatives successful. We respect members who can work within a matrixed system and are motivated by understanding what makes others successful. A team- and solutions-oriented approach is a must.
• Motivator: The role will require energy, optimism, positivity, and a desire to deliver every day on behalf of our clients and fellow Ticketmaster team members.
