JOB DESCRIPTION – CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR

Location: Helsinki, Finland.

Department: Fan Experience

Line Manager: Fan Experience Team Lead – Ticketmaster Soumi.

Contract Terms: Full time – maternity leave cover

THE JOB

We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to our our Fan Experience team in Helsinki, Finland. You will help create great solutions and service initiatives to provide excellent fan experience for the ticket buyers of Ticketmaster. Working both independently and in team, you will work with operational daily tasks as well as handling new projects and ticket onsales.

Main tasks:
• Work with our contact channels such as email, chat and phone lines.
• Backoffice tasks such as troubleshooting and handling payment related disputes, managing gift cards group sales, setting up automations and improving our help center.
• Work in our ticketing systems and support fans with information, refunds and ticket exchanges.
• Participate in local, regional, and global projects to help implement new technology and initiatives.
• Work on events when needed.

You should be a native Finnish speaker and fluent in English. Swedish or Norwegian skills are a plus.

Who are you?
We believe you have previous customer service experience, love to work with people and consider yourself a team player. You are curious, organized and detail oriented. Experience in administration and / or service jobs are beneficial.
