THE TEAM
The Coordinator - Marketing Operations, North America will report directly to the Director - B2B Marketing, North America. The role will collaborate directly with the Global Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Communications teams, among others.
THE JOB
The Coordinator – Marketing Operations, North America will be responsible for helping engage Ticketmaster's robust and diverse North American client base. This role will be responsible for managing campaign execution and day-to-day marketing automation tasks. Working with the Director - B2B Marketing, North America, and other B2B marketing team members, this position will aim to improve the marketing and sales activities at all funnel stages.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Own the day-to-day execution and implementation of client emails and user journeys
• Develop, lead and execute email strategies and ensure alignment to OKRs
• Be knowledgeable about the data supporting automated campaign execution and reporting, pursuing insights for continuous improvement based on testing, data, and analysis
• Drive data-driven audience selection, targeting, and segmentation strategies in partnership with key internal stakeholders
• Own organic list growth initiatives, develop KPIs, test-and-learn strategies, and lead gen campaigns
• Work with the B2B Marketing team to execute digital content (webinars, emails, landing pages, etc.)
• Troubleshoot and test campaigns, workflows, data issues, and other key B2B marketing ops functions
• Recommend and implement campaign testing approaches to determine the best plan of action including A/B testing and multivariate testing
• Stay informed of industry changes and apply them to actionable recommendations
WHAT YOU NEED – EXPERIENCE AND TECHNICAL SKILLS
• 2-3 years of experience in a cross-functional marketing environment required; B2B marketing experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications, or a related field preferred working knowledge of HTML / CSS
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with inbound marketing software (i.e. Pardot) and customer relationship management systems (i.e. Salesforce)
• Experience with conferencing software (i.e. Go to Webinar)
• Experience with website retargeting, pay-per-click search and display advertising, and social media advertising (LinkedIn) a bonus
• Strong project management and organizational skills to manage deadlines for ongoing and new campaigns
