Ticketmaster's Client Marketing team leverages the largest database of live event fans in the world to deliver outstanding performance and return for clients through proprietary marketing products and services.

THE ROLE

The Marketing Coordinator (MOC) will support the Sr. Marketing Manager on one of Ticketmaster's largest marketing and media clients in the Sports and Venues vertical. The MOC is instrumental in supporting the daily management of the client account, focused on driving strategic performance marketing. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, scheduling emails to the Ticketmaster database, supporting the execution of digital media campaigns (programmatic, social or SEM campaigns) and placing pixels. The Coordinator must have the ability to successfully operate in an incredibly fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple ongoing assignments, and unplanned assignments and interruptions from both internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, s/he/they will need to prioritize and carry out these assignments effectively such that s/he/they exceeds reasonable internal and external expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build, manage, and proactively grow relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders
• Proactively support client discussions and educate clients on new and existing products
• Support projects involving complex work streams and cross-functional collaboration (internally and
• externally)
• Dive into campaign performance data and identify performance trends
• Support the development of best-in-class case studies that celebrate groundbreaking results
• Manage and deliver the operations of campaign trafficking and certifying the highest grade of quality control
• Execute tactical marketing initiatives utilizing Ticketmaster's internal tools or routing requests to appropriate
• internal teams.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and peers.
• Keep current on industry knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading trade publications.
• Serve as, in some cases, the principal liaison with clients.

REQUIREMENTS
• BA/BS in Marketing or a related field.
• Be Data driven, with deep understanding of advertising performance metrics
• Proven experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management
• Strong Excel skills, as well as experience with analyzing datasets with at least one BI tool.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
• Ability to lead multiple projects with exceptional attention to detail
• Exceptional communication skills; both written and verbal
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
• Minimum of two years' experience in similar role within the digital media industry is preferred.
• Understanding and interest in the business side of live entertainment; passion is a plus.
• Ability to think independently and be resourceful in problem solving.
• Strong competence in Microsoft Office products-Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Familiarity with content management systems, graphic web design tools and image manipulation tools is a plus.
• COVID-19 vaccination will be required for this position subject to legally valid exemptions
