THE JOB
The Gorge Amphitheatre is seeking to hire an outgoing concierge/guest relations representative that will be responsible for selling merchandise to all upgrade and premium buyers in the Club, processing orders, and working with onsite merchandise fulfillment to deliver all orders to the Club for guest pick-up at the end of the show.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Sell merchandise to all upgrade and premium ticket holders in the Club section.
• Process orders efficiently and accurately.
• Coordinate with onsite merchandise fulfillment for order preparation.
• Ensure timely delivery of merchandise to the Club section.
• Provide exceptional guest service and address customer inquiries.
• Facilitate post-show pick-up of merchandise orders.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and positive guest interactions throughout the event.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Must be able to work up to 12 hours per shift
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs using proper lifting techniques
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Due to the hours scheduled applicants must have a reliable transportation
• Must have strong communication skills
• Must have cash handling experience
• Organizational skills to efficiently process orders and coordinate with onsite teams.
• Prior relatable experience is a plus
The expected compensation for this position is:
$16.28 USD - $18.00 USD Hourly
** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
