WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Review and process venue, artist and co-promoter contracts for signature, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Request and manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs), delivering copies to external parties promptly.
• Maintain and update the contracts tracking system, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide weekly update to Capital Region booking team on upcoming contract deadlines
• Provide weekly update to Capital Region booking team on shows played off within the region.
• Update the regional event calendar with confirmed events within the Capital Region.
• Compile, organize, and maintain digital show folders in BOX.
• Process wire deposits and settlement payments for artists and agencies.
• Retrieve and provide bank wire confirmations upon request to external stakeholders.
• Assist with various projects as needed
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Basic understanding of legal terms and concepts used in artist and venue contracts
• 1-2 years of previous administrative work
• Experience using Microsoft Applications
• Excellent organizational, communication and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Fast learner with a strong attention to detail
• Eagerness to support others
• Must work well under pressure and high stress environments

The expected compensation for this position is:
$17.95 USD - $20.00 USD Hourly
** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
