THE JOB
The Analyst, Real Estate Development will play a key role leading financial underwriting and analysis for assigned acquisition and development opportunities and providing investment recommendations to senior leadership, in addition to supporting various development and acquisition opportunities . This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to gain exposure at the intersection of music and real estate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL DO
• Build and maintain financial models to support venue acquisition, development, and strategic investment opportunities
• Conduct financial analysis, market research, site analysis and due diligence to evaluate acquisition and development opportunities
• Prepare presentations, investment recommendations, and supporting materials for senior leadership
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders throughout acquisition, development, and strategic growth initiatives
• Maintain deal and project pipelines to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
• Support analysis of transaction structures, joint ventures, partnerships, and financing alternatives
• Lead underwriting and financial analysis for venue acquisition, development, and strategic investment opportunities
• Support ad hoc analyses and strategic projects as directed by senior team members
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in finance, real estate, investment analysis, corporate development, consulting, banking, private equity, asset management, or a related analytical role
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Experience analyzing investments, acquisitions, development opportunities, capital projects, or other strategic business initiatives
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and due diligence is preferred
• Experience in real estate, live entertainment, hospitality, sports, venue operations, or other location-based businesses is a plus
• Passion for live entertainment and venue growth is a plus

The expected compensation for this position is:
$88,000.00 USD - $110,000.00 USD
** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
