The College Associate Program is a full-time, immersive experience designed to deliver real-world learning, collaboration, and a whole lot of career-building momentum.
Program Dates: May 27 – August 7, 2026
To ensure that all associates can fully benefit from the program's training, mentorship, and project work, we kindly ask applicants to confirm their availability for the full length of the program. We understand that school schedules and personal plans vary, and we encourage applicants to review the dates in advance to ensure they can participate through the conclusion of the program without interruption.

THE JOB
The Regional Sales Strategy College Associate will support the Brand Partnerships and Live Music Sales team by compiling competitive intelligence across the entertainment and live events landscape, analyzing historical data to inform strategic decision-making, and identifying emerging trends at a market level. This role will collaborate with key internal stakeholders across Sales and Marketing to gather insights, assist in the development of pitch materials, and support research projects that drive revenue opportunities. The associate will also gain firsthand exposure to the end-to-end sales cycle through shadowing live deal flows, contributing to real-time business strategies, and supporting trend-sharing best practices.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Compile competitive activity within the brand partnerships, live music, and entertainment landscape
• Gather and analyze historical data from various sources to help inform decision making
• Identify and implement best practices for trend sharing and market level data
• Collaborate with internal key stakeholders across Sales and Marketing to source and collect data for research projects and pitches
• Shadow real-time deal flows throughout the sales cycle
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Must be a current student enrolled in a Bachelor's/Master's program at an accredited college or university or recent graduate
• Must be an active problem solver, instilled with a sense of urgency for projects large and small
• Interest in learning new (web) related technologies and software
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
• Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments
• Strong interpersonal skills/EQ
• Not required but preferred: Familiarity with SponsorUnited and Salesforce

The expected compensation for this position is: $20/hr
