The College Associate Program is a full-time, immersive experience designed to deliver real-world learning, collaboration, and a whole lot of career-building momentum.
Program Dates: May 27 – August 7, 2026

THE JOB
Live Nation Entertainment's Media & Sponsorship Division is seeking an Artist Rights College Associate. This role sits on the Artist Rights team, which specializes in using our booking and licensing expertise to enhance brand partnerships (identifying, negotiating, and booking the right artists for our brand clients). You will synthesize trends and data to educate the team and division and provide executional support to drive effective and successful partnerships. This is a full-time internship position which reports to the Senior Director of Artist Rights
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Research and create artist one-sheets as needed (provide artist social stats/photo/bio, research for past sponsorships/category conflicts/brand suitability guidance)
• Participate in talent brainstorms for sales pitches and sold projects
• Track and organize all talent submissions for different programs
• Manage and track payments to appropriate parties (artist payments, licensing payments)
• Process artist and licensing contracts and payments, as well as tracking status of all contracts
• Support Senior Director and Associate Manager with developing music trend education for internal and external partners. Track and provide updates on relevant artist activity (new releases, social media and streaming growth, identify trending artists, touring timelines, assemble touring lists).
• Assist with periodic client status calls and internal meetings, including the preparation of pre-call agendas and post-call recaps
• Explore marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to add value to sponsorship programs
• Additional responsibilities as requested from Manager and/or Senior Management
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Interest in music industry, including a passion about music, current/relevant artists and industry trends
• An understanding of how brands interact with culture, specifically with music talent.
• Self-motivated with strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Project management and organizational skills including managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Attention to detail and a high level of organization is imperative
• Proficiency with data organization
• High proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Google Suite products, and Canva. The ideal candidate also has experience with project management tools like Asana and AirTable.
• Must be able to think proactively and, at times, work with minimal supervision
• Highly adaptive and proactive problem solving critical to success; must be resourceful individual who can quickly solve problems; ability to make independent decisions
