C3 Presents creates music festival experiences for millions of fans across the globe, setting the new standard each year for events that are as memorable as they are spectacular, including Austin City Limits Music Festival in Texas, Lollapalooza in Chicago (and seven other countries), and Bonnaroo in Manchester, Tennessee.
THE JOB
The Sponsorship Associate Project Manager plays a key role in the planning, managing, and executing sponsorship-related hospitality operations across all C3 festivals. This position supports internal teams and external sponsors to ensure all ticketing, custom promotional offers, and Preferred Payment Partner deliverables are executed accurately and professionally.
Success in this role requires strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. The Associate Project Manager works closely with the Sales, Marketing, Ticketing, Guest Services, and external partners to ensure seamless sponsor engagement and fulfillment.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Hospitality Management & Fulfillment
• Manage and fulfill sponsor ticketing needs across 25+ festivals, including contractual allocations, purchase requests, and hospitality credentials
• Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsor hospitality access, timelines, and inquiries
• Coordinate ticket distribution logistics, including will-call lists, shipping, and digital deliveries
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sponsorship ticket tracking reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all hospitality needs (e.g., wristbands, special access) are met before and during festivals
Preferred Payment Partner Programming
• Act as the liaison between C3, Preferred Payment Partners, agencies, and Live Nation Brand teams
• Support the planning and execution of partner offers in collaboration with Marketing, Ticketing, and Guest Services
• Manage timelines, communications, and deliverable for partner integrations across festivals
• Compile and organize post-festival recaps highlighting ticketing and promotional offer performance
General Department Support
• Contribute to overall sponsorship team initiatives, including process improvements and cross-functional coordination
• Help establish and maintain best practices for ticketing and hospitality communications
• Provide overall support as needed in a dynamic, creative, and collaborative work environment
• Perform additional duties, projects, and event support as assigned
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• 1 – 3 years of experience in sponsorship, ticketing, hospitality, or related field
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• A proactive, positive, analytical, and collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Proven problem-solving abilities and comfort working effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships internally and externally
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook); experience with ticketing platforms a plus
• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments and external clients in professional and personable manner
• Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and sound judgement in day-to-day operations and relationships
• Willingness and ability to travel and work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends
