Job Description
The Premium Experiences Program Manager will support the department to create and execute a single brand identity for all Premium Experiences while allowing for the personality of each festival. The Program Manager will work with the team to create world-class hospitality programs that meet and exceed guest expectations. This position does require travel to select festivals.

Responsibilities
• Participate in the planning and ideation of all festival Premium Experiences
• Coordinate with Premium Operations Managers to advance signage for each festival
• Work with Signage team(s) to create and/or guide the signage templates for Premium areas
• Create signage installation documents per festival to guide on-site installation team
• Create all creative collateral, such as gifts, giveaways/promotional products, printed collateral, etc., per festival and coordinate with suppliers, as needed
• Provide administrative support for premium area festival décor
• Create schematics of Premium lounges and structures
• Coordinate with Sponsorship and other departments, as necessary, on signage needs for sponsors in Premium areas
• Travel to select festivals to assist with the installation of décor and signage for Premium Experiences
• Budget Management
• Adhere to budgets as set by Senior Manager
• Enter invoices into internal accounting platform: C3PO
• Other duties as needed

Qualifications:
• Preferred experience in event design and planning
• Proficient in Adobe Suite products such as Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, Canva or other design/interior design programs a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Must be highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to multi-task
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with personable and professional disposition
• Ability and desire to travel as needed
