Pay Transparency: The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $50,000-53,000/yr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.
Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail oriented Digital Sales Specialist to join our team at Audacy. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or digital campaign management. This role will assist in the execution, optimization, and reporting of digital campaigns across multiple channels, supporting broader marketing objectives and driving results.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
• Assist in the execution and management of digital marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, programmatic, email, display, etc.
• Monitor campaign performance, providing optimization recommendations to ensure KPIs are met.
• Support the development of campaign strategies, audience targeting, creative asset management, and trafficking.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure campaigns launch accurately and on schedule.
• Pull, analyze, and summarize data to produce clear and actionable campaign reports.
• Assist in QA testing for ad placements, tracking, and pixels to ensure accurate performance data.
• Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to support innovation and continuous improvement.
• Support ad hoc projects, presentations, and internal reporting as needed.
Qualifications
Required:
• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or related field (internships and agency experience welcome).
• Familiarity with digital platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, or programmatic DSPs.
• Basic understanding of campaign tracking, performance metrics, and KPIs.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, or Google Workspace tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a changing digital environment.
Preferred:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Experience with reporting and analytics platforms (e.g., TapClicks, Studio, Tableau, or Google Analytics 4).
• Experience working with creative teams or asset management platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, or CRM platforms.
