Job Description
The Associate Festival Marketing Manager supports the entire C3 Festival Marketing Department's overall organization and administrative tasks. Their main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, management of invoices and expenses, contest winner communication and prize fulfillment, digital support (especially on social media, but also website & e-mail marketing) for major milestones & announcements, coordinating with our in-house creative team on content production and supporting on-site at our festivals.

The Associate Festival Marketing Manager collaborates closely with each member of the Festival Marketing Team to support all major announcements and drive towards our main goal of selling out the festivals. They will also coordinate with each member to keep the overall team organized and efficient. This role is meant to take on administrative work off the senior marketers to allow them to focus on marketing & advertising strategy.

This role requires someone who is focused, highly organized, and able to continually prioritize while balancing multiple projects. Experience with overall digital marketing strategy and budget management is important, along with an attention and eye for detail.

The ideal candidate has a passion for music, live events, popular culture, and media trends. They must also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities
• Manage and update budgets for all festivals in Microsoft Excel and our internal budget management platform
• Submit and monitor expenses and invoices in internal budget management platform
• Coordinate contest winner communication and prize fulfillment
• Manage wristband fulfillment and shipment for each festival
• Understand various marketing platforms including Webflow, Mailchimp, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Spotify, Snapchat, TikTok
• Coordinate with creative team on copywriting & asset production
• Assist with on-site logistics at festivals, including social media marketing, giveaway winner prize fulfillment and media partner support
• Handle administrative tasks & duties for senior marketers
• Assist with simple graphic design tasks via PhotoShop, InDesign a plus

Qualifications
• 1-2 years of experience working in digital, marketing, social media, event production, festivals, tech and/or design
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, takes initiative and fast learner
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and budgeting platforms
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including Webflow, Mailchimp, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Zendesk
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plus
• Basic knowledge of event production & logistics
• Hard working, able to take direction and prioritize while juggling multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Resourceful and detail-oriented
• Not afraid to ask for help
• Willing to step up and help with tasks outside of their job description
• Available outside of typical work hours for festival-related work
