Reports to: Office Manager

Working hours: Full time – 40 hours per week

Role Description

To provide support with the daily office systems, facility management and to the Customer Service Manager to ensure the efficient running of the office.

Responsibilities
• Co-ordinate office reception duties, meeting room and main switchboard functions
• Action weekly H & S checklist, communicating remedial action required to Office Manager within a timely manner
• Co-ordinate the cost-effective ordering & distribution of office consumable, supplies and stationery within a timely manner, collating receipts and preparing credit card for sign off
• Co-ordinate office tidy-ness, recycling and shredding facilities
• Action office sustainability initiatives
• Action COVID daily duties
• Provide accurate, effective and timely customer service support and resolution for enquiries and customer dissatisfaction
• Support DF Concerts team with IT issues, signposting to relevant areas

Skills / Knowledge / Experience
• English to National 5 Grade or equivalent with good communication, verbal and written skills
• Experience in delivering administrative tasks accurately
• Basic understanding of Microsoft suite packages and IT /mobile phone fixes
• Previous experience in reception duties would be an advantage
• Experience working in previous customer service role would be an advantage
