THE JOB

Ticketmaster International, a Live Nation Entertainment company, is seeking an ambitious, highly motivated, creative and well-organized Associate Director of Marketing Design & Content to lead the International Marketing Design & Content team, who are part of the International Marketing department.

This role is key in driving the development and rollout of central B2C marketing initiatives across 30+ markets. You will have solid experience in planning, creating, distributing and evaluating marketing campaigns with a particular passion for digitally focused marketing materials that can work across our owned, earned and paid touchpoints across our markets.

The successful candidate will support our marketing teams in Europe, Latin America, Asia and Australasia by creating marketing assets and campaigns for our core product offerings that will delight and engage both our fans and clients. This includes multi-national fan facing campaigns driving brand awareness or ticket sales. You will also need to work closely with your peers in our US office to ensure parity and consistency across all touchpoints in terms of content and design.

Your team includes our marketing designers, and with them you must act as lead 'Brand Guardian', ensuring our designs, copy, positioning and messaging stays true to our brand guidelines and tone of voice. You will need to be strategic lead on positioning us a trusted leader in ticketing, with a desire to ensure brand guidelines are strictly adhered to across multiple markets and platforms.

You will maintain good communications with the senior marketer in each of our 30+ International markets; understanding their requirements and keeping them updated on centrally available assets and campaign materials, whilst also providing support, assets and expertise when required.

You will also lead on content strategy, with a particular focus on Ticketmaster's use of social media channels. Your team will develop best practices for social media use, working with markets on prioritisation with the resources available to them. For wider content strategies, you and your team will collaborate with SEO experts in other teams.

The role will be varied and will involve managing a range of digital, social, CRM and video projects as well as maintaining excellent relationships with senior level stakeholders across various business units in the Group.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Work closely with Marketing, Product Design and Product leads to deliver effective, innovative and aligned marketing materials for our fan-facing products and campaigns
• Oversee development and production of consumer and client-facing marketing and design materials, such as landing pages, emails, banners, videos, content for blogs and socials, plus a vast array of online and offline advertising formats.
• Liaise regularly with international marketing leads to encourage adoption of new B2C marketing campaigns and content
• Manage relationships with vendors such as design agencies, social software and digital suppliers, be adept in briefing agencies on our requirements to delivery of large scale creative projects
• Overseeing reporting on core KPIs for our content, assets and campaigns to ensure we deliver on key business priorities.
• Work closely with the B2C Product Marketing team to oversee development of marketing materials that drive awareness, understanding and adoption of priority products
• Manage the Design & Content team; hold regular team meetings, and 1-2-1 meetings with each team member to review their work and their professional development
• Work with several key marketing stakeholders in the US to ensure parity and consistency of design and comms to both our fans and clients
• Plan and create marketing campaigns to help launch the brand in new markets with local experts, and launch new products and services in more established ones.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)
• Strong track record of delivering successful cross-platform B2C brand and product campaigns
• Demonstrable experience in people management; a strong motivator and developer of talent
• Strong brand-building expertise with a clear understanding of design and content application
• Experience of working in a complex international organisation
• Solid experience of managing vendor relationships with creative agencies, media agencies, and digital suppliers while adhering to strict budgets
• Fluent English, and the ability to produce clear and concise documents and emails
• Advanced skills with PowerPoint, Word and Excel

YOU (BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS)
• Considerable experience in a Marketing management role, ideally with relevant experience in eCommerce and/or Event marketing
• Comfortable operating at a senior level in an international business, delivering to Exec team
• Multi-divisional experience – working cross-departments and teams to get things done
• Strong project management skills, working in a digital environment
• Stakeholder management and influencing skills are essential to this role
• Bachelor's degree or combination of education and experience required
• European language(s) advantageous
• A quick, creative thinker with attention to detail within a fast paced environment
• Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Excellent presentation preparation and delivery skill
• Team player with a great attitude and a positive outlook
• Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects in a fast paced environment
• Ability to execute like a champ – knows how to prioritize and work with minimal supervision
• Strong detail orientation, especially when it comes to flyspecking pre-release products to ensure brand adherence and a consistent, highly polished consumer experience
