Role Description
We are the global leaders in live entertainment (Fortune 500 listed) and our Corporate Development team is growing. This role will support the Manager, Corporate Development when executing deals and M&A activity for Live Nation Entertainment. You will bring excellent Excel skills and experience in financial modelling to the team and will gain the opportunity to develop your skills in house in our fast-paced and exciting industry.

Who you are
You may have experience in the following roles: Associate in Corporate Finance, Associate/Analyst in Private Equity, Associate Corporate Development, M&A Associate/Analyst, Mergers and Acquisitions, or Associate/Analyst in an Investment Bank.
Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience
• Strong understating of basic company valuation principles
• Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Prior experience of working in Excel and building financial and valuation models
• ACA/CFA qualified (or equivalent/similar)
• Strong accounting/finance background and understanding of financial statements
• Prior experience of due diligence process

What the role includes
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate potential acquisition/investment opportunities including projecting future performance, calculating debt capacity, and determining overall valuation
• Provide financial and key performance indicator (KPI) analysis to support decision making processes, including the assessment of current and prospective business opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to collect KPIs and analyse internal business trends
• Prepare PowerPoint summaries / decks for senior management sign-off
• Take part in meetings with target shareholders and/or management
• Work with external due diligence providers to review output / reports
