Role Description
The Private Members Clubs at 3Arena represent the pinnacle of hospitality in Ireland, offering a seamless, elevated entertainment experience. We provide a sanctuary for members to enjoy live performances without compromising comfort or convenience.
We are seeking a Membership & Events Assistant Manager to play an integral role within our Club's management team. This is a unique opportunity that blends premium hospitality operations with relationship-focused membership management. The role is ideal for hospitality professionals who love delivering exceptional experiences but are seeking a more balanced rhythm. Evening work is limited to scheduled show nights, with most time spent supporting the smooth running of daytime operations while building and maintaining strong member relationships.

• Previous experience in F&B or hospitality management, ideally in a high-quality, high-volume environment
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail
• Confident using digital tools and systems, including CRM and ticketing platforms
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with members and stakeholders
• Proactive problem-solver who remains calm under pressure
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

What the role includes
• Providing a personalised account management experience for members via phone and email, delivering accurate information in line with their membership agreements, and any other information provided by the Private Members Clubs team
• Updating and maintaining accurate information across membership systems
• Preparing and sending member communications in line with Private Members Clubs standards
• Collaborating with the Private Members Clubs team to ensure that day-to-day operations run efficiently
• Planning and leading the smooth running of an assigned club floor on show nights, briefing teams, managing staff, monitoring performance
• Ensure all equipment and operational resources are prepared, functional, and maintained
• Maintain Health & Safety compliance
• Overseeing cash handling, sales reporting, and completion of closing procedures
• Support the hiring, onboarding, and mentoring of staff of the Private Members Clubs
• Take ownership of specific tasks and projects, with accountability for delivery and outcome
