Role Description
You will be responsible for supporting the production of timely and accurate management accounts for Live Nation music festivals along with the processing of purchase orders and invoices. The role reports to the Finance Manager and will work closely with the Finance and Operations teams to provide accurate and timely management accounts to agreed deadlines.

• Proven experience within a finance department.
• Financial/management reporting experience working to tight deadlines.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong administration, time management and presentation skills.
Desired / Not Essential
• Media/entertainment/FMCG background.
• Experience with Oracle and BPC.
• Part qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.

What the role includes
• Support production of monthly management accounts in accordance with agreed timescales.
• Compare event-by-event budgets vs. forecasts with explanations of major variances.
• Authorising and processing of festival purchase orders and invoices.
• Assisting with balance sheet reconciliations.
• Monthly review of all ongoing budget expenditure with event stakeholders, highlighting risk areas where budgets are likely to be exceeded.
• Ad-hoc support.
