US Concerts is seeking an Assistant Fan Service Manager. This person will work person will work alongside our Fan Service Manger to ensure that fan is creating a once in a lifetime experience for fans.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Assist the Fan Service Manager in ensuring excellent customer service standards are met before, during, and after events.
• Help coordinate and supervise fan service staff to provide a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all attendees.
• Assist with resolving fan concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth event execution.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized venue environment.
-Assist in set up and take down of each show.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Current valid CA Guard card or security license required .
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to effectively perform in crises and work under pressure without the loss of composure.
• Ability to memorize, recollect, and quickly retrieve relevant information .
• Ability to interact effectively and calmly with angry or emotional patrons and employees during intensely aggravated circumstances.
• Ability to walk, stand, lift at least 45 lbs., reach, pull, push, grasp and drag.
• Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality industry.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, and weekends.
• Basic knowledge of electronics is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
