Job Description

THE TEAM

Working closely with a small team in the Reporting Finance team whom are responsible for the reporting and management of the organisations and its subsidiaries financial matters. The team on a day to day basis assist various stakeholders in their decision making from the financial reports, financial data insights produced. This position will work cooperatively as part of the broader Finance team. The role also requires liaison and teamwork with other colleagues in the Finance Department and across the company to ensure individual performance objectives and key tasks are met.

THE JOB

The overall objective of the role is to assist the finance team to ensure timely and accurate reporting of the Ticketmaster Group of Companies financial information to the various stakeholders, including International Corporate, Local Management, Staff, Suppliers and Clients. The role will perform the day to day reconciliations and reporting to the business to ensure the stakeholders are informed of the organisations on going performance.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Accounts Payable
• Ongoing monitoring of accounts email folders and sub-folders
• Entering supplier invoices
• Employee expense claim review & approvals
• Employee expense claim reporting
• Weekly supplier payment runs
• Weekly employee expense payment runs
• All admin invoice coding
• Travel, utility & other fixed cost reconciliations
• Preparing End Of Month (EOM) accounts payable trial balances
• EOM tasks - collating invoices for accruals
• Support on AP related audit enquiries

Financial Reporting
• Cost analysis (from time to time)
• Cost budgeting
Other Matters
• Teamwork & Communication - maintain strong communication with other team members, responding promptly, supporting and assisting the team when required, sharing and raising issues and questions when you need help. Strong awareness of the team culture and team objectives.
• Ensure filing and archiving is orderly and up to date and a neat and tidy workspace is maintained at all times.
• Assist with any other finance and accounting duties as directed from time to time

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)

Reconciliations
• Take ownership and independently analyze tasks, maintain a clean ledger on a weekly basis, ensure any outstanding items are cleared promptly and accurately accounted for and have a sound understanding of each main supplier account.

Reporting
• Meeting Deadlines and ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Minimizing errors and double checking work.

Managing deadlines
• Managing daily, weekly & monthly reporting & processing deadlines. Ability to prioritise when work is due.

Skills / Knowledge / Experience
• Good Communication Skills, Written and Verbal
• Microsoft Excel Intermediate
