Role Description
To provide transactional support to the general ledger function as required.
This position will be a key member of the Finance team reporting to the Finance Manager, whilst also supporting the General Ledger team. The role would suit someone who thrives working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines, has very strong excel knowledge and a keen attention to detail.

• Good working knowledge of spreadsheets, and previous experience with a financial system would be an advantage (possibly gained via a transactional processing environment).
• Focussed, with strong communication skills. Both written and oral

What the role includes
• Assist the general ledger team at the direction of the Finance Manager and/or Assistant Management Accountant where required, for the maintaining and reconciling balance sheet accounts
• Performing fixed costs month end close for Live Nation companies: Soundcrash, Parallel Lines and DLT
• Reconciling recharge accounts, request approvals and Invoicing to various markets
• Processing and posting journals to reconcile recharge accounts
• Requesting monthly pension invoices
• Preparation of monthly REPS master timesheets file for submission to payroll team
• Coding and review of couriers and taxis invoices by department
• Reconciliation and coding of monthly TM recharge invoices
• Assisting Assistant Management Accountant for maintaining sponsorship revenue and invoicing tracker
• Requesting sponsorship invoices and preparing weekly sponsorship aged debt reports
• Reconciliation of show closing processes
• To undertake ad hoc projects as requested
