Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Lead accounting/finance support for divisional Marketing and Strategic Initiatives teams
• Manage accounting for divisional managed capex projects and cloud based software implementations. Includes tracking internal labor and external spend, monthly accruals, and financial reporting.
• Assist with divisional monthly close process and preparation of financial statement account roll forward and support schedules including PPE, CIP, and Intangibles
• Assist and act as backup for divisional reporting including month end walks, monthly forecast updates, and annual budget process
• Prepare monthly divisional department head reports
• Lead annual build of rent allocations for budget
• Review and approve journal entries and invoices
• Assist with internal and external audit requests
• Supervision of up to 1 direct report
• Other duties as assigned by management

Skills & Qualities Desired:
• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
• Multi-task oriented
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Experience with customer relationship development and exposure to high level managers

Education & Knowledge Required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 7-10 years related work experience
• Proficient in MS Excel
• CPA required
• Oracle experience a plus
