Job Description
What’s this position about?
We run dozens of digital advertising campaigns, spending millions of dollars, daily on behalf of our clients—some of the most successful videogame publishers in the industry. Our analytics team helps ensure that we’re investing those advertising dollars in the most effective and efficient way possible. This can result in analytic projects that vary widely in complexity, using datasets with millions of rows of data.
This position serves as both a hands-on practitioner and a leader/mentor for a team of 3-5 individual contributors. You'll bring best practices to the table when it comes to data storytelling, visualizations, helping our teams drive client presentations, and creating self-serve data access tools for non-analysts.
What do we look for?
You'll have solid analytics project leadership experience. Your background shows both an ability to do outstanding analytics work while leading teams to complete major projects and initiatives. This is a position requiring equal measures of coding and communication skills.
Our minimum requirements include--
- 3+ years of professional analytics experience
- Strength in Python coding, with solid SQL skills
- Experience in coding dynamic dashboards in Tableau or other enterprise visualization software
Other preferred attributes to highlight in your application--
- Fluency in advertising or marketing analytics
- Experience mentoring or managing other analysts
This is a hybrid office/remote role, you should be in driving distance to our location in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
The perks we offer
Base salary for this role is competitive with positions in major market ad agencies. You’ll also be eligible for a generous annual bonus plan.
Our people enjoy fully paid premiums for comprehensive health insurance, generous paid time off plans, and 100% match on 401k savings. Management treats us like ballers, even while remote, and we've traveled together to Puerto Vallarta, Hawaii, Cabo, and New Orleans together the last few years.
Our stance
Liquid+Arcade is committed to creating an anti-racist, anti-sexist environment. We’re building an ad agency where committed and creative people from all backgrounds can do their best work.
No agencies, please. This is a pretty good representation of this position’s responsibilities but is not a comprehensive job description. Duties, clients, and team assignments may change as assigned.
We regret we cannot consider applicants outside of the United States or those requiring visa sponsorship at this time.
