Summary of Position

Lionsgate has an immediate opening for a Sr. Manager to handle all aspects of film marketing for packaged Media and Digital. This role will supervise all trade and consumer marketing activities across TV Distribution and Home Entertainment & Digital for alignment on strategy, campaign positioning, talent approvals and budget.

Responsibilities
• Oversees and implements campaign strategy & title positioning with distributed partners

• Executes title budgeting process and division's title metadata, and campaign timelines

• Supports Sales with B2B materials for pitch process

• Owns review and delivery of creative assets

• Procures filmmaker approvals on marketing plans & creative elements. Coordinates talent approvals (via Publicity)

• Designs campaign presentations for filmmakers and internal executive teams

• Evaluates campaign performance during/after release, compiling best practices, tactical wins and key learnings for department education & improvement

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or similar discipline preferred; 5 years of marketing experience; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Experience in the Entertainment, theatrical, home entertainment or videogame industries

• 2-4 years of direct project management experience

• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel

• Excellent organization, time and project management skills; must have experience working within a fast- paced, high-volume environment and managing multiple projects and tasks to deadline

Nice to Haves
• Passion for and knowledge of film and TV from the classics to current titles

• Agency and/or Retail experience is a plus

• Prior management experience a plus
